When we get upset time periods in life usually we depressed, we feel that this is the life and this is the time which will never change and so sometime the condition becomes more and more worst , these are the types of conditions through which more or less we all had passed through, like we loosed the job, the fee of the health club increased, the electric and phone bills comes doubled than the normal routine bills, and so we becomes so depressed and what happened when we confused and depressed, usually we loose the control over situations and mostly we get further more problems, now what to do as first of all we have to have pray for success, and after then we have to analyse the situation as why this problems comes, if we feel that we did some mistakes then we have to take lessons from it and never repeat it, then step by step develop the plan of improvement that what are the things in positive zone now, and what the benefits which I can take from these, then we will see that the worst time will convert into good time.
