Break the stress before it breaks you, this is the fact that stress can be broken down in many parts by PRAYERS. So in order to break the stress over top priorty we can say that do the prayers. Second thing which do have its importance is the POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE, as we have to have see on the brighter side of the life, what happen does not cause problems but what reaction which we gives towards it, causes the problem, next we can say that EXERCISE When someone do exercises his blood circulation increases and so the different hormones do also their functions better than before, so person feels good and when it enters in his habbit the total stress vanished.It depends on the the different exercices pattern what is suitable for an individual, some people feel very good after the health club exercise while some others feel good exercice at home or at park. The detail is so much that what pattern we do select, jogging do also have importance as well as some people observed that walking 1/2 an hour after 2 pm gives so much relax to them.
TENTION IS HABBIT AND RELAXATION IS ALSO A HABBIT AND ITS TRUE THAT BAD HABBIT CAN BE BROKEN BY GOOD HABBIT.
