Act then direct

 Most of the time we gives directions to our youngers but they do not care about that directions, did we think why this thing happens, this thing happens because prior of that direction we did not acted accordingly, as if we are a chain smoker and we tried to tell our son not to smoke, it is not good for your health, then how can we think he will accept it, and act accordingly, he may say yes, I will not smoke, but this could be the time being acceptation and after that time he will again do it.

Same examles are floating in many different places as we are instructing to our subordinates to work hard then they will get success and after telling them we didnot follow this. So how the workers will follow us they may be show the hard work when we will be on their heads but once we will leave the place they will start talking with each other or doing any other extra works.
